Alarm Response:

If there has been an attempted break-in or an actual break-in by our response is effective with a 100% record to act within the first hour. Our office will;

• Inform the Police
• Arrange for damaged items to be fixed from your list of approved suppliers.
• Notify the Alarm engineers
• Organize for a static security officer to stay at your premises if they are considered unsafe.
• Reset the alarm or arrange for an engineer if there is a fault
• Prepare a detailed report of the event and deliver to your facilities manager.
